Terms of Service

General terms o1

Prices are subject to change based on demand, cancelation, or change in the commission.
I have the right to reject, or cancel, any commission due to poor communication, inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in English, Danish or Spanish or if there is a refusal to respect Terms of Service.

I will not create any depiction of sexually explicit (i.e., “x-rated”, pornographic, simulated sex) materials, fetishes/kinks, or any form of offensive imagery.

Currency accepted is Euros and can be paid through PayPal. If customer does not use Euros, it will be converted through PayPal to my desired currency.
Commissions will be paid 50% upfront and 50% after product is finished. (Updated photos will be sent).
Don't send me any payment before an agreement has been made to give you a slot and for you to send me a payment.

Unable to make payment will cause production to stop, refusal to make payment then I will cancel.

The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week to a month depending on various factors such as: Complexity (Note that the more complex the longer), style, personal complications (health, family etc..)

Once the piece is finished and paid for you will receive the full-resolution image without any watermarks.

The signature will remain, but much smaller. Note that there will not be any physical product.

If you wish to have a physical product then you can print it out yourself or ask a friend/relative to print it for you.

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.
A fee will be added if you want changes to be made on the final drawing - unless if it was a misunderstanding from my side
If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage.
If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

Note if you refuse to pay the fee then the production will be canceled. You will no longer have rights to the commission and it will be revoked.

You are not allowed a refund once I finish the sketch and lineart has been started. If asked for one before production starts or before lineart is started, refund will be given.
If, for any reason, I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

If you are getting a refund, do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
If you request a PayPal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.

I, Alien, (the artist):

I reserve the right to refuse a commission, or cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.
I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online wherever I please, such as my portfolio, art books, etc.

I reserve the right to record and save conversations as evidence in any situation.

You (the customer):

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, and duplicating)
You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent such as taking off the signature, changing the line art, and more.
You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable though make sure to discuss this with me.
You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).

You also reserve the right to record and save conversations as evidence in any situation.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.
Claiming the artwork as your own
Altering the artwork without my consent such as changing the lineart, removing my signature, making different changes.

I encourage you to provide feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to my Terms of Service.

I will not accept feedback or reviews which include:

- Profanity, sexually explicit content, hate speech, discrimination, threats & violence about me or anyone.

- Personal attacks towards me or anyone else.

- Promoting illegal activities (e.g drugs, guns, etc)

- Anything remotely off topic, such as promoting other websites, or discussing other topics that aren't about feedback.

- Sites, emails, addresses, phone numbers, personal information of anyone else that does not belong to you.
